Retail

Newbury Parkway

Costain’s first project to use P1+ will be on the Newbury Parkway development. Costain was awarded the £80 million contract by Standard Life Investments to construct a retail-led mixed use development back in 2008.

The development is along traditional open streets, rather than an indoor mall to retain the character of the historic market town. It is expected to complete in 2011.

Bristol Cabot Circus

Cabot Circus is an expanded shopping district including a new landmark department store, major stores and more than 100 new shops, 13-screen 'Cinema de Lux', 200 new homes, three new pedestrian streets and dedicated public spaces in the heart of Bristol. A breathtaking glass shell-shaped roof - the first of its kind in Europe - covers the central area and much of the scheme's three new streets.

Sir Robert McAlpine were the main contractor for this award winning development and its project team used Priority1 to ensure a high quality finish.

Gordon Ramsay T5

Gordon Ramsay has opened a new fine-dining restaurant at London Heathrow Airport's Terminal 5. The deal represents the first signing for the terminal and aims to set new benchmarks for choice, quality and value for money in its retail and dining units.

PEL Interiors, part of Vinci Plc, have been using Priority1 to help snag and close out their fit-out work on the Gordon Ramsey Restaurant at Terminal 5 Heathrow Airport. PEL have been renting the PDA hardware and software from MCS and will now be adopting Priority1 on other projects.
