Priority1 will be used for 18 Months at Cranfield Mill, a £400 million development being built by Laing O'Rourke that includes residential, commercial and leisure premises along the busy Ipswich marina.
The site team will use the system for Health & Safety inspections, progress and quality monitoring, as well as for plan snagging.
Opco Construction have now completed Phase 6 of Persimmon's Century Wharf apartment scheme in Cardiff Bay.
Priority1 has been used through all phases of the development to provide Opco with a fault snagging and progress tracking system.
Cruden will be using Priority1 at a second site. A housing estate at Westerton Gate, Bearsden, which offers a superb level of specification and provides two exquisite pockets of homes, a small cluster of 10 luxury 2 Bed apartments and 34 stunning 3 Bed townhouses.
As well as using Priority1 for snagging, the site will use the progress monitor module to track completion of their NHBC checklist for each property.
