Cruden Housing

Cruden will be using Priority1 on a further 2 Housing projects at Graham Terrace & Tormusk. Graham Terrace will be 18 affordable homes for rent in Bishopbriggs; the development will include a mixture of houses and flats and will take one year to complete.

The site teams will be using Priority1 to monitor quality checks and snag the homes.

   

Swansea Point

Opco will be completing a new residential apartment block next to
its earlier Aurora project for Persimmon at Swansea Point.

The project team will use Priority1+ for monitoring fit out progress and controlling quality.

   

Nido Spitalfields

ISG InteriorExterior have been awarded a £100 million project to construct Nido Spitalfields, a new-build 33-storey student accommodation development in London. The mixed-use scheme has been developed by Nido Student Living, a specialist student accommodation firm. The project is scheduled for completion by late summer 2010.

The team will use PDA’s to capture on-site tasks during the project.

   

Highbury Stadium Redevelopment

Arsenal Stadium has been converted into 711 apartments in a project known as Highbury Square. The North Bank and Clock End stands have been demolished, and the exteriors of the listed Art Deco Stand and the matching West Stand have been preserved and incorporated into the new developments. The pitch has become a communal garden.

The Sir Robert McAlpine construction team used Priority1 extensively to control the quality of the high specification apartments.
