St Ermins Hotel

The project involves the strip out and refurbishment of 277 bedrooms and corridors in this listed building including the replacement of selected windows and MEP works. In addition the works include the conversion of the existing office wing into 87 new bedrooms. A new gymnasium area will be built within the new link block.

The new hotel owner is overseeing a fast-track project to complete in time for the Royal Wedding in April when it expects high demand from visiting tourists. P1+ will be used to monitor the progress and quality of the work to achieve this tight deadline.

Langham Hotel

The Langham, a Five Star Hotel in London has completed a multi-million pound development to re-position it as one of London’s top luxury hotels. During the refurbishment by John Sisk it remained fully operational with a reduced number of rooms and suites and a purpose built temporary entrance on Regent Street.

This has been our first project with John Sisk and following the positive feedback from their team, we are delighted that Priority1 has been adopted for snagging and completion of forms and permits on other projects in the business.

Greenwich O2 Arena

The O2 arena is a multi-purpose indoor arena located at the centre of the O2, a large entertainment complex on the Greenwich peninsula in South East London. With a capacity of up to 23,000 depending on the event, it is one of the largest indoor arenas in Europe alongside the MEN Arena in Manchester. In 2008, shortly after its construction by Sir Robert McAlpine, the O2 arena took the crown of the World's Busiest Arena from the MEN Arena, a title which it had held since 2001.

Priority1 was used to issue snags and outstanding tasks to subcontractors.
