2009 User Conference

Thanks to everyone who attended our 2009 user conference. As with 2008, the feedback from the day was excellent and the mix of product demonstrations, client presentations and informal experience sharing is a format we will continue in 2010. Slide packs have been sent to everyone who intended. Please contact us if you would also like to receive this information.

Imperial College

Laing O'Rourke has handed over the Eastside Student Residences to Imperial College three weeks ahead of schedule.

This marks the successful end for the project team who have been using Priority1 for over two years, on this and the earlier Southside Residences project, to carry out snagging, allocation of permits, and health & safety inspections.

Highbury Stadium Redevelopment

Arsenal Stadium has been converted into 711 apartments in a project known as Highbury Square. The North Bank and Clock End stands have been demolished, and the exteriors of the listed Art Deco Stand and the matching West Stand have been preserved and incorporated into the new developments. The pitch has become a communal garden.

The Sir Robert McAlpine construction team used Priority1 extensively to control the quality of the high specification apartments.
