Napier University

Balfour Beatty has won the contract to build a new campus for Edinburgh's Napier University. The Sighthill campus redevelopment is part of the university's £100m estates strategy. The development will provide a new building for the Faculty of Health, Life and Social Sciences and will be key to the delivery of a *3 Faculty 3 Campus* strategy in Edinburgh.

Some of the Balfour team have used Priority1 previously at Victoria and Stobhill hospitals and were keen to adopt the same system again on this project.

New Motorola MC55 Industrial Grade PDA

Since the surprise announcement in January that the MC50 workhorse used by almost 80% of our user community was being discontinued the technical team at MCS have been eagerly awaiting the arrival of the replacement MC55 device.

With over 100 hours of rigorous testing already under the belt, the MC55 is now being offered to our client community as the replacement device for the MC50 we all know and love. Follow this link for more information

Langham Hotel

The Langham, a Five Star Hotel in London has completed a multi-million pound development to re-position it as one of London’s top luxury hotels. During the refurbishment by John Sisk it remained fully operational with a reduced number of rooms and suites and a purpose built temporary entrance on Regent Street.

This has been our first project with John Sisk and following the positive feedback from their team, we are delighted that Priority1 has been adopted for snagging and completion of forms and permits on other projects in the business.

New HTC Touch HD Consumer Grade PDA

HTC Touch HD has successfully completed our demanding product test regime and is now being offered as our consumer grade PDA of choice.  The Touch HD is a powerful mobile phone based device running Windows Mobile 6.1, a great device with a lower cost of entry than the industrial grade PDA's such as the Motorola MC range.  The HTC Touch delivers everything you would expect from a Priority1 PDA with the exception of barcode reading. Click here for more information
