Watermark Place

It’s not everyday that a well known figure opens a Como project to the public, but on Monday 4th April 2011, the Chancellor, Rt Hon George Osborne MP did just that by officially opening global investment bank, Nomura’s impressive new EMEA headquarters at One Angel Lane. As one of the largest fit outs in Europe, and quite possibly one of the fastest, the 546 000 sqft at Watermark Place was fitted out in just eight months.

This was the first Como project to use Priority1 and in view of its success it won't be the last.

Man Group

ISG will be using Priority1 on the fit out of Man Group's new London headquarters at Riverbank House. The £38 million project for the alternative investment management organisation comprises a 320,000 sq ft fit out from shell and core.

In securing the project, and to realise Man Group’s objective of creating a people centric dynamic offices space, the ISG team participated in a number of design workshops and worked with members of their specialist supply chain to construct mock ups and samples of the key design features. Priority1 will help the team to ensure the actual finish meets this design.

Data Centre

Crown House Technologies will be using handheld technology to improve the process of capturing commissioning and quality data on this data centre project. This is a hot topic at the moment and several other Mechanical & Electrical contractors are evaluating how Priority1 can assist their quality processes…watch this space for more news to come.

Cannon Place

Laing O'Rourke are redeveloping Cannon Street Station to provide a stylish mixed use development in the heart of the financial district, with a scheduled completion in 2010. The building will comprise over 400,000 Sq ft of office space, plus 17,000 Sq ft of retail accommodation. The development will also include a major renovation and modernisation of the London Underground ticket hall at Cannon Street station.

The project team will be using Priority1+ for managing quality and outstanding tasks.
